IMPORTANT POINTS FOR ONLINE PAYMENT
- Pay your bills/outstanding amount automatically with your credit card/debit card/net banking. Online payment lets you say goodbye to cheques, postage and potential late payment charges.
- There is a possibility of the link getting disconnected during transaction after successful Bill Payment. In that case, you may not see the digital receipt. Do not attempt payment again—check your bank statement. The system will update at confirmation.
- Minimum payment amount should be more than ₹100.
- Do not close the browser or click on refresh/back while the payment is in progress. Wait for the transaction to complete.
- If the amount is deducted from your bank but no reply is received, do not panic or make payment again until resolved.
- For queries/help regarding online payment, contact the School (Monday – Friday, 10.00 am to 12.00 noon) or email: sthelenas.school@gmail.com
