The individual score of a student with regards to her performance and progress will be evaluated through the system of tests and examinations in the form of a Report Card that is delivered to the Parent(s) with the intention that they take note of the scholastic strengths and weaknesses of their child/ward and encourage and assist them for better performance. Every Test/ Examination Report must bear the signature of the Parent at the time of returning the Report Card to the Class-Teacher.

A student absent for the test/examination will not be retested under any circumstance. The overall average i.e. the whole year's performance will be considered for promotion to the next class.

No rank in order of merit will be awarded to a student who has been absent during a test/ examination even if it be the case of one subject.

Detection of any unfair conduct during a test/examination or its discovery later will be punishable.

In all examinations, the minimum passing marks is 35% in each subject. A total of 75% marks earns the student a Distinction.

A student absent or failing any examination has to forfeit her claim for a prize/award.
